Needs of Our New Orphans

Orphans usually come to us from the streets with only the clothing they're wearing.  The other orphans at Bright Star often loan their own clothing, bed linen, toiletries, etc. to the new residents.  It's the custom.

Listed below are the items we need to buy for each of our new orphans.

7. primary school uniform $6   secondary school uniform $10
8. miscellaneous toiletries $30
9. change of clothing $6

12. school supplies $20
13. storage box $10
14. textbooks $175

The total is approximately $306 per child.  Food and medical care are paid for through other donations.  Any donation you give to buy the items listed will be sincerely appreciated.  Often these children have struggled on their own for years and it's time they had a chance to let us take care of them.  If you can help, please send your check for any amount to:
