     Let's say you have $100 to donate and want to know what it will buy at Bright Star School.  Here's what you can get with your money:

1. Bananas or oranges for all 420 kids 4 times

2. Pay our night watchman Noah for 2 months

3. Buy an individual carton of milk for our 200 primary students 3 times

4. Pay our water bill for 1 year

5. Sponsor a teacher for 4 months

6. Replace 23 ragged school sweaters

7. Buy 10 new student desks or 10 study tables for the library

8. Buy 12 new pairs of school shoes and socks

9. Feed the entire school corn for 4 days

10. A complete set of 6 textbooks for 3 primary students

     Lets say you have $20 to donate.  Look at how far it will go at Bright Star:

1. Buy a banana or orange for every student in the school

2. Buy an individual carton of milk for 134 elementary students

3. Buy 2 desks for 6 students to sit at

4. Buy 5 sweaters

5. Pay our electricity bill for a month
